App: If updates are available for the app, they are installed automatically.
Fitness tracker/smartwatch: Your fitness tracker/smartwatch is also continuously improved by means of so-called firmware updates. An update with the latest firmware is not automatic. So check regularly for updates. This ensures that all functions and new features are always usable.
To do this, open the Settings/Update firmware menu in the app. Make sure your phone is connected to the fitness tracker/smartwatch.
