Note for Consumers
As standard the time is displayed in 12-hour format. As soon as you switch to the 24-hour format the symbol of the radio signal goes out. At the next time (mostly at night at about 2 or 3 o'clock) the radio clock searches again a radio signal. When the radio signal is received with success the symbol is displayed as usual.
If a radio signal is still not displayed, set the alarm clock up at another place and avoid places with interference sources (wireless and mobile phones, wireless speakers, WLAN, etc).
