Are the TV wall brackets supplied with all the screws needed for mounting them on a wall?
For wall mounting a TV bracket is supplied with dowels and screws. They allow you to mount the bracket on a solid brick or concrete wall. If you want to mount the TV bracket on another wall, please ask for appropriate pegs/dowels and screws (heavy duty pegs, expansion plugs, etc.) in a DIY store. For this purpose, the expert needs the weight of the TV and of the wall bracket as well as a description of the quality/consistency of the wall.

I have mounted my TV wall bracket on a wall but various screws, spacer sleeves and plain washers are left. Did I do something wrong?
Depending on the model, televisions which can be mounted on a wall bracket according to VESA standard feature threaded holes with different diameters on the back of the housing. As this wall bracket is a universal one, all screws are included which could be used for mounting a TV set for this VESA standard. Some screws are consequently always left. If your TV set has a straight back you do not need the supplied spacer sleeves, these are only needed for a bevelled or curved TV back.

The weight of my TV is below the maximum weight permitted for this bracket. The diagonal of my TV is, however, larger than permitted for this TV bracket. Can I use the bracket for my TV nevertheless?
The bracket cannot be used for your television. The permissible weight is certainly not exceeded but due to the larger diagonal of the TV the leverages which work on the hinges of the bracket are inadmissibly large.
