Although I use this DVB-T antenna with amplifier, I don’t receive an image on TV. What can I do?
At first please check if you can receive DVB-T in the city, village, etc. you reside. In Germany you can do this e.g. using the http://www.ueberallfernsehen.de website. Click “Empfangsprognose” (~ reception forecast) and enter the place name or post code. Now you will see a map section in which areas are marked with different colours. Check in which colour your place appears. Depending on the colour, DVB-T cannot be received in this town, village, etc. You either need a roof antenna or an outdoor antenna, an indoor antenna is sufficient as well.

With an indoor antenna without amplifier I receive some programmes; the image, however, freezes occasionally or the sound is distorted. When I use your indoor antenna, the reception is worse or no longer possible at all. What is the reason for this?
In all probability the reception in your village, town, etc. is too worse so that you cannot use an indoor antenna. You must use an outdoor antenna or a roof antenna. At first please check if you can receive DVB-T in the city, village etc. you reside and in which quality. In Germany you can do this e.g. using the http://www.ueberallfernsehen.de website.
