FAQs

  • The outdoor sensor of my weather station does not transmit the measured values to the base station.
    This can be due to several reasons: The distance between the outdoor sensor and the main station is too large - depending on the insulation of the building it should not be more than 5 m. Interfering transmitters nearby can disrupt the reception, e.g. WLAN routers, cordless telephones, weather stations of neighbours, generally devices which send on a similar radio frequency. If none of these two reasons applies the weather station is most probably defective.
