Depending on the model of the fitness tracker, it works with the free Yoho Sports app or the FitPro app, which is also free.
You can easily find out which app you need for your FitTrack 1900Tracker: Press the touch key until the so-called Mac address (multi-digit numerical code) appears. Now hold down the touch key for about 3 seconds. If "OFF/ON" appears, you need the Yoho Sports app. If "PowerDown" appears, you need the FitPro app.
Please check regularly to see if updates are available for your fitness tracker.
App: If updates are available for the app, they are installed automatically.
Fitness Tracker: Your fitness tracker is also continuously improved by means of so-called firmware updates. An update with the latest firmware is not automatic. So check regularly for updates. This ensures that all functions and new features are always usable.
To do this, open the Settings/Update firmware menu in the app. Make sure your phone is connected to your watch.
