Is it a concern that my docking station gets very warm?
The heat development is completely harmless. Due to the aluminium surface, the heat inside the housing of the docking station is efficiently dissipated into the environment.
 The docking station does not recognise my monitor(s).
Make sure that your computer's USB-C port supports DP™-Alt mode and that all connections are plugged in.
 Why doesn't the docking station recognise my keyboard?
Check that the keyboard you are using meets the USB specifications and that all connections are secure.
 Why doesn't the docking station recognise my laptop?
Please check that the notebook meets all system requirements and that all connections are plugged in.
 Does the USB hub recognise all connections after a power failure?
Yes, it may be necessary to restart the notebook.

    To use the monitor function over HDMI™ or DisplayPort, the device must support DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode), Thunderbolt 3/4 or USB4.
    The MST function over HDMI™ or DisplayPort works only in connection with current Microsoft Windows operating systems.
