What can I do if the PIN on the packaging is not accepted when I try to download a template for my screen protector on the Internet?

The PIN on the packaging is only an example. You can find the correct PIN in the packaging on a separate note.

What can I do that my screen protector does not slip after a while?

If the display has been cleaned and is hence free from grease and dust before applying the screen protector the foil does not slip any more. Please note that the screen protector is only firmly attached to the display only after 2 to 3 days. During this period you should be careful that the screen protector is not removed accidentally e.g. when putting the smartphone in your trouser pocket.
