Please note that a discrepancy between the battery charge indicator of the connected devices and the LED display on the cable can occur when the cable is used with Apple products.
It is possible that the iPad, iPhone or iPod will display 100% battery charge state up to 60 minutes before the cable displays the same state. The reason for this is Apple device's relatively high tolerance with regard to battery charge state monitoring.
The charging cable itself monitors the charging current on the Apple device and only signals a 100% charge when the battery of the connected device is actually completely charged.
